Massage truly is my passion. This field allows me to help heal through the power of touch using compassion, empathy and respect based on each individual's needs. My goal as your provider is to help educate you on the body, how it responses to massage, and how we can repair and prevent future aches/pains/ injuries. My goal is to bring you back in to your body and outside of your mind. Often times our job is sitting at a desk on a computer and we are completely UNAWARE of how this position is affecting us, UNTIL, " MY NECK HURTS".... allow me to assist with at home stretching and personalized recommendations.

Yes, I would share my experience. I would recommend the service to all who's looking for massage therapy..its was a great time intelltually. I was told what to do to increase my mobility. Ashley is a very nice and knowledgeable lady that knows exactly what to do! Thanks Ashley!!!!
