Massage truly is my passion. This field allows me to help heal through the power of touch using compassion, empathy and respect based on each individual's needs. My goal as your provider is to help educate you on the body, how it responses to massage, and how we can repair and prevent future aches/pains/ injuries. My goal is to bring you back in to your body and outside of your mind. Often times our job is sitting at a desk on a computer and we are completely UNAWARE of how this position is affecting us, UNTIL, " MY NECK HURTS".... allow me to assist with at home stretching and personalized recommendations.

Was my first massage ever! I didn't know what to expect. My neck back shoulders were killing me from poor posture. My physical therapist advised getting a massage.

I have found my new therapist! Ashley has Amazing technique. Perfect amount of pressure and time spent on each area. She is extremely skilled, courteous and professional. Massage room was very comfortable with dim lights and soft music. She is located in a shared office suite and the bathroom was neat and clean. There is plenty of parking in front of the building. Her suite is on the bottom floor, just one step up to the curb from the parking.

I would certainly recommend Ashley to someone wanting a great massage. The atmosphere was relaxing and Ashley was very professional. The massage certainly helped with my sciatica pain!
