Massage truly is my passion. This field allows me to help heal through the power of touch using compassion, empathy and respect based on each individual's needs. My goal as your provider is to help educate you on the body, how it responses to massage, and how we can repair and prevent future aches/pains/ injuries. My goal is to bring you back in to your body and outside of your mind. Often times our job is sitting at a desk on a computer and we are completely UNAWARE of how this position is affecting us, UNTIL, " MY NECK HURTS".... allow me to assist with at home stretching and personalized recommendations.

I have been seeing Ashley monthly for several years and I always leave my sessions feeling restored and reenergized. At the start of each session she checks in with me and customizes the massage to target specific muscle groups as needed.
