Natalie was amazing! It was my first time seeing her, she was so kind and understanding, used the perfect amount of pressure, she also took the time afterwards to show me some additional stretches to help ease some pain and regain mobility in my lower back, hips and upper back, shoulders. Would absolutely refer family and friends. Cannot wait to reschedule again. Thank you Natalie! :)
