I had an amazing first session with Laura Bergmann at Fascia Lines, LLC. Laura conducted a thorough movement analysis to identify my areas of weakness and explained the theory behind her approach in a clear and engaging way. She guided me through mindful exercises to help rewire my neuromuscular patterns, and her fascia release techniques were so effective. By the end of the session, I felt more connected to my feet, glutes, pelvic floor, and breath. Highly recommend Laura for anyone looking to improve their body awareness and movement patterns!
