Chris is amazing and knows how to get to all the muscle groups. He wakes up the sleeping muscles...... Highly recommend if you desire a deep tissue massage.

I've had Rolfing / Structural Integration on and off since 2013. Chris used incredibly productive methods that I could feel my tight muscles being lengthened. Some of these were techniques I hadn't received before, and damn, were they effective. When I walked out, my shoulders felt lowered to an extent I haven't felt in quite some time. Dude is so legit!! I'll definitely be going as much as I can while I'm down here. So worth the investment.
