Our bodies are designed as a vehicle for our survival and connection.  They store mental, emotional, spiritual and physical memories which sometimes result in tightness, stress, pain, illness and blocks.  I am a holistic minded medical professional with a degree in Sports Medicine and massage therapy with experience and specialization in myofascial release, and Cranio-Sacral Therapy. I am also a Reiki Master practitioner and teacher and offer massage therapy students continuing education units for learning Reiki.
