In 1999 I graduated from The New York College for Holistic Health.  Spending the first 6 years of my career in New York City and Long Island, I was blessed to receive the best experiences from teachers in the fields of Chiropractic Care, Sports Medicine and Energy Healing Modalities such as Shiatsu and Reiki.  In 2004, my husband and I relocated to Wilmington, NC where I have had the pleasure of continuing my bodywork career that I love so much!  From on-site corporate stress management to my quiet little practice, I offer people relief, relaxation and rejuvenation by providing them with massages and bodywork treatments that help free them from the burdens of dysfunctional muscles and tissues as well as dysfunctional habits and thought patterns.  My treatments empower my valued clients in not only the hands-on work of unwinding bound tissues and freeing nervous and blood circulation but also in the rich education I can share on how they can improve their conditions daily on their own by becoming aware of the actions that are putting them into a state of limited function.

My goal with every person that I see is to have them feel cared for and pampered all the while getting deep to the root of the physical issues they have come to me for.  That is my job and my passion, that is "Productive Relaxation".

My husband is bed confined. Rather than massage ,which I don't think he would have tolerated well, she used more reflexology technique. She seemed very knowledgeable in that area.

Rebecca was amazing. I actually think I fell asleep during it. She listened to my concerns. I was recently diagnosed with Lupus and Fibromyalgia. She was very knowledgeable in what would work best for me and when I left she gave me tips to make things easier at home. I’m booked already for my next appointment.
