What I really appreciated was her depth of knowledge and how comfortable she made me feel asking questions. She has a strong understanding of physiology and was able to explain how she could detect movement habits and muscle and fascial issues simply through touch, and she never once made me feel like I was bothering her. She was genuinely open, patient, and happy to share her insight. Her professionalism and personable nature created a relaxed, welcoming experience, and I left feeling both cared for and more informed about my own body
