I have been a self help junkie for many, many years prior to even considering bodywork. When i found Shiatsu, i had recently had the biggest loss of my life. I lost my little brother, my twin flame thus far.  So when someone told me that there are acupressure points to help with the deep feelings of grief, i was intrigued. I started my journey to discover what amazing work this Shiatsu is, what the body and mind are capable of, and how disconnected we as a society have become from our body...

Elizabeth has such a calming spirit and is very intuitive, making the shiatsu experience A+. I always feel lighter, calmer, and at ease when I leave my appointments. Her feedback and suggestions are always helpful and she has helped me get through quite a few challenging times in my life.

It was a great experience. I highly recommend for anyone looking to find balance and who wants to heal themselves from the inside out. Getting aligned is so important and Elizabeth is that healer to help you get your energy flowing again
