Chris Shuford is a Wilmington, NC native with half a decade of experience as a licensed massage therapist. Chris's interest in massage therapy began at an early age, when he recognized that he was capable of providing relief for the headaches and shoulder tension that his family members regularly experienced. Receiving an education in massage therapy not only infused Chris with a greater understanding of the human body's inner workings, but also invigorated a greater appreciation for the health benefits he is able to provide to his clients through massage and a stronger aspiration to help people.
