Wellness takes practice. Getting a massage on a regular basis is one way to practice wellness.


Practice each week making healthy choices on the foods you eat, how often and in what ways you recreate or exercise, how many hours you'll spend in concentrated effort (work) as well as how you will assist your body's ability to heal through modalities like massage, energy healing, counseling, meditation and rest.

I believe it's good health maintenance to be aware of how often you just go along, day after day, allowing emotional stress, exhaustion, work responsibilities, family history and thoughtless eating to harm your body.  A little practice in wellness helps each of us be healthier. Each day do something that does some good for your body. That will also impact your family, work colleagues and community members and, eventually, beyond to the larger world.

Through poses and breathing techniques, we release the tension in our bodies and minds to allow our spirit to blossom. I particularly like working with beginners or people who feel they have physical limitations to find ways to open the body and spirit in a way that feels safe and promotes wholeness.
