I’m originally from California, but I have been in Texas since 2004. I’ve spent majority of the last 14 years as a stay at home mom, raising my three awesome kiddos. During that time, I got my Associates Degree but longed for something more fulfilling. I’m an overall health enthusiast, ranging from fitness and nutrition to massage therapy and chiropractic care. The desire to be able to really help someone live a healthy life, led me to massage therapy school and to continue my education and study to become a personal trainer and (eventually) certified health coach.  I use a variety of modalities during my massages to ensure the best outcome for you. 

When I’m not massaging, I am busy being a mom and wife. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, creating custom vinyl items for my friends and family, working out and making my kids roll their eyes by telling Dad jokes. 

I know how crazy and hectic life can get, but I also know how important it is to slow down and take care of ourselves. I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your desired outcome with massage therapy.
