After 25 years of working in the healthcare industry I decided to further my interest in healing and wellness by becoming a Massage Therapist.  During my training I took a special interest in  Integrative Swedish massage. During a integrative massage session, I will  incorporate a number of modalities(deep tissue, myofascial, trigger point or neuromuscular therapy) in order to provide you with a session tailored to your specific need.
