Alix is such a skilled and caring massage therapist, I always feel safe and completely at ease when working with her. She knows how my body flows and works when I am at ease or in crisis...she is a pro. So working with her to create an exercise routine made complete sense. She knows what and how I need to strengthen my muscles so my body can work at its most efficient capacity.
