About me: Many, many years ago, I received my Bachelor's degree in Health Science, took a break to raise a family, then headed back to school for massage therapy and haven't quit since. I received my Cupping Certification and have completed hundreds of hours of additional training.
I like to incorporate different techniques into my therapeutic massages. Some things you may experience: Trigger Point Therapy, Primal Reflex Release Technique, myofascial stretching, Thai Massage, Reflexology, muscle energy techniques, just to name a few.
