Laura graduated from the New York Institute of Massage in 2018 with a passion to help others. Massage therapy became a big play in her life after a car accident left her with whiplash in 2008. Through various treatments, massage therapy and practicing yoga helped her immensely and eight years later, she decided to make her passion of helping people into a career through massage therapy.

Through various treatments, massage therapy and practicing yoga helped her immensely and eight years later, she decided to make her passion of helping people into a career through massage therapy.
In February of 2019 she completed a 6-day course learning and performing CORE Myofasical Therapy under George Kousaleos at XPE Sports in Boca Raton, FL. She is also trained in functional stretching, in which aids in the release of fascial and muscular tension throughout the body.
