Jo is a Nationally certified Massage Therapist and holds a certification in prenatal Massage. She had been providing Massage Therapy to the Glenview,Il area for the past 16 years until recently moving to Williams Bay, WI. With an array of techniques and/or modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point and others, Jo provides a massage that promotes relaxation as well meeting the specific and individual needs of each client. She brings harmony to the body by increasing communication within the musculature so that the client feels more unified and relaxed while lessening the distraction of specific muscle tension. Massage really helps us connect and/or reconnect back to ourselves, to listen to our bodies so we increase our ability to discern our needs. Too often the importance of this connection is neglected. It is Jo’s hope that after a massage, you will leave with an overall amazing feeling: light on your feet, relaxed with more awareness, energy and able to take deeper breathes.
