For the stats, I attended and graduated from The Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, Colorado in the early summer of 2014. Then I took and passed a national exam most states require for a license, called the MBLEX. I began practicing massage therapy immediately after in a spa, quickly realizing my full potential was not being utilized, moved to having a independent practice. I current work out of my home. This works best for my family.
The majority of my clients seek maintenance work and come in every couple weeks to once a month. I see people who have migraines, headaches, TMJD, shoulder pain, back pain, wrist issues like carpaltunnal, hip pain and other issues that are related. I've followed many women throughout their whole pregnancy with massage.. It’s been a wonderful experience seeing clients get results. From showing me how their sleep patterns are changing to how they shaved time off their mile pace. It’s the best feeling knowing you’ve helped someone achieve their goal.

Shelby is the best! Her massages can incorporate physical therapy and stretching techniques that are great for athletic recovery. I highly recommend going to her if you’re dealing with any sort of sports related injury.
