Graduating from Pinnacle Career Institute in December of 2008 I moved to Wichita and began practicing massage. Throughout the years my practice has grown allowing me to move out on my own and share my passion with others. In October of 2015 I graduated from Hot Asana's yoga teacher training and have expanded my practice to include private yoga lessons.

ICT Bodyworks (Mindy) does such a great massage, with just the right pressure and technique to heal the aching muscles/fascia that are bothersome. I love going to her and feeling so much better when the massage is over. Top-notch in knowledge, technique and professionalism! And the ambiance of her massage room, the cleanliness, softness of the bedding, decor is perfect.
