My therapist was professional, attentive, and took the time to ask about any areas of tension before starting. The massage itself was incredible. The pressure was perfect—firm enough to work out knots but still relaxing throughout. I especially appreciated the focus on my neck and shoulders, which had been tight from sitting at a desk all week.

I really appreciated that Aisha asked me about my specific pain points and spent time targeting them. I also liked how she worked on joint range of motion while simultaneously working on muscle release.

I was nervous for this appointment because my last massage (at a different salon) was awful. However, Aisha was absolutely wonderful. She listened to my areas of concerns gave extra focus on those areas. She also was quick to adjust pressure when I asked her to. She was so kind and helped me have a great experience.

I appreciate that she took the time to understand what was troubling me and offered solutions to help. So far my hip has been feeling a lot better.
