I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, graduated from Oakland Community College - Massage Therapy Program, who specializes in relaxation, Thai, deep tissue, pain management, and orthopedic massages. I feel like we, as a busy society want to strive to the top and help everyone else therefore forget ourselves. My goal as a massage therapist is to help you take a breath, relax and take care of themselves by helping your body, mind and spirit relax and alleviate as much pain as massage can.

My story started in middle school. My mother was suffering from chronic back pain from a car accident. She taught me how I could help her through massage. I would massage her for 1 to 2 hours almost everyday until I graduated from high school. I continue to massage friends and family through massage after high school. It took me many years before I realized that giving massages and seeing the positive results made me happy and that it is what I want to do for a living. Since the first day of the program at OCC I knew I was doing something I love.

I have had 2 massages from Bao within the last month and she is wonderful! As a therapist myself, I need deep pressure in targeted areas. She is very talented with her understanding of how the body works and what the body needs. Every session is different based on what you need that day and that is a hard talent to find. She is just amazing and I will continue to get my therapy through her.

Bao is an amazing massage therapist. She is especially good at dealing with knots and muscle spasms and other critical tension points to help muscles relax and feel better. Bao shows up on time, with a smile, works hard with lots of pressure if needed, and is very focused on improving the health and wellness of her clients.
