As a 2007 graduate from East-West Healing Arts Institute in Madison, Wisconsin, I have dedicated my life to helping others, and my favorite way to do it is by working with my clients to help them live a more functional life with less pain and stress. I use a mixture of modalities including Tui Na, Acupressure, and Swedish Massage, as well as cupping and Gua Sha upon request or when the session requires it.

I LOVE my massages with Shawna. Shes attentive to what I think I need and always finds spots that really need loosening! Just right pressure to get knots out but not too much. She gives me great suggestions for helping keep my body flexible and loosened between massages.
