Ms. Padfield brings 7 + years of experience operating as a sole proprietor, providing registered massage therapy. She holds a 2200-hour massage therapy diploma, and is registered in good standing with the aforementioned NHPC. She has over 4 years of experience teaching yoga through various studios in Calgary, AB and Whitehorse, YT. Ms. Padfield’s certifications for yoga include a 200-hour level one teacher certificate, as well as certification in additional modalities such as Yin, Restorative, and mental health yoga, bringing the level of educational hours to approximately 300. Additionally, she has over 5 years of administrative and management experience working in corporate and government environments. Her combined experience within yoga, massage, and administration is certainly a valuable asset, but her passionate dedication to personal growth and wellbeing is the real driving force behind TNMY.
