Massage has been a great passion of mine since I stumbled into the practice headfirst in 2009. I knew it checked the boxes: Something in the service of others, something that kept me moving, something that let me be creative. I am always interested in shaking things up, so you will see something called a "Chakra Bundle" that I would recommend giving a try - it's a wonderful way to experience massage.

Yoga came into the picture for me when I started to realise the importance of strength and stability for the longevity of my massage clients. I'd been practising yoga since I was 2002, and sensed there was a way to add this to my professional repertoire to help my clients and community become stronger. My yoga classes, private and public, centre around creating a relationship with yourself. It's not the fancy, twisty postures you might see in magazines, and there's space to let go of the ego, and listen to what the body needs.
Massage and yoga have been powerful methods for growth and connection in my life, I very sincerely love what I do, and would love the opportunity to share it with you.
