I have always had a love for helping people and had a fascination with health. We only get one body and we shouldn't waste it. I began my health journey by receiving my B.S.Ed in health promotion and edcation from the University of Cincinnati. Being  a recent graduate, I discovered that it is important to learn a trade and wanted to help people on a more personal level. Therefore, I received my A.O.S. for massage therapy from Centura College and an M.H.A. from Walden University.

Ramsey Massage opened in Columbus, OH in 2012. Its focus is to not only provide quality massage therapy service, but also educate the community about how  to make informed health decisions for themselves.

I have been going to Ramsey Massage for at least 10 years or more and I truly love Adrianne's skilled hands and training.. Her location is great and the salon and ambiance is very nice. She pays attention to problem areas and spends time in the area of need. She does a great job every time. Anyone in need of a good therapist I highly recommend Ramsey Massage and Wellness, LLC.. You wont' be disappointed..

This was the first time that I had stretching therapy and the experience was awesome. My body feels wonderful today. She also explained how the stretching helped my body and gave me stretching exercises to do at home. It was amazing.

I have awful headaches and lower back pain and each time I leave her my pain is better and headaches are gone for days.

The stretching I received was amazing. I had not experience stretching before and I found it is something I definitely need on going. So thankful for the experience. I plan to continue getting what I believe a missing part of my personal health care. Great job Adrienne.

She is a highly skilled, professional massage therapist. I pulled a muscle in the right calf, and she was able to get me back to pain free walking!

This was my first massage and I've heard all kinds of stories. What I experienced was ... an experience so pleasant that I want another. Something specific was that I had terrible pain on the backs of my knees. What she did helped me be able to walk without pain. Need I say more?!?
