Attended MH Vicars School of Massage in 2008-2010 and started business in March 2010. As a young entreprenuer started small and work my way into my role and gained experience and confidence through my years. always strived to do my best and givce the best quality experience with massage treatments. I decided that this was the profession for me at a very young age when I foubnd ot so rewarding to ease my grandparents and families' pain by just simple kneasding and massaging  of pained areas mainly in the shoulders and back. My nana, would always say I had a talent for it and that I had magic fingers :). I started my path to my career after taking a year off school after high school and decided to attend MH Vicars School of Massage. Where they refined my mind and trained my hands to relieve the pain of others which i find the most reward. When someone is in pain and I can assist the body in its cycle to self heal I find that so very rewarding to see you able to return to your normal daily life and improving your quality of life.I always strive to give you the best treatment and experience possible. Whether by advancing kmy career and learning knew techniques or refreshing my memory, to adding a better experience at my clinic be it adding to the ambience or improving supplies? linens? lotions? I also try my best to ensure that I purchase Canadian made products where possible.

I wish to strive in furthering my career into Manual Osteopath Therapy and will look into that advancement in the near future. I find the best treatment is not to just focus on where the pain is but to ask the question of why the pain is there and where in the body is causing this dysfunction or dis-ease. When we treat the body as a whole rather than piecing the body apart, you can start to see why the body is reacting in incorrect ways and assist the body to slef heal in the correct path. From my undersatanding this is in essence the mindset of an osteopath.

TMJ Mastery

Specialize in extra- and intra-oral techniques to relieve pain and restriction in regards to the mandible, temporalis, masseter, and medial and lateral pterygoid muscles. This can help with clenching and grinding of the teeth, incorrect occlusion of the mandible, headaches and migraines, or pain in the neck and shoulder pain relating to TMJ dysfunction.

Hot Stone Therapy

Specialize in the use of basalt stones/ lava rocks in both therapeutic and relaxation techniques. Using these stones heated with water with a stone heater, combines the use of heat and hydro therapy with massage techniques to create a deeper state of relaxation and the use of heat while applying techniques with these stones allows the muscles to relax even further and soften the tissue

Cupping Methods

Specialize in myofascial cupping. Specializing in both dynamic (cupping with movement) and static (cupping placement). Using plastic and silicone cups, that increase localized circulation increase range of motion and help to release stubborn tightened muscles, and restrictions. If used effectively can greatly increase range of motion where originally there was limited ROM. And after treatment can reduce pain in said muscle area.

Sheila was very professional for what she was doing. She got flexible for my availability and started early that morning which she never does that with other clients. She knew what she was doing. My friend recommended me to Sheila and I will not regret that I went to her for a massage. I was so relaxed after my massage was done. Will definitely recommend to others about the same.
