Katrina is a miracle worker let me tell y’all! I’ve been suffering with migraines due to tension and pain in my neck and shoulders cause by stress,anxiety and my Tourette’s disease. Ever since I’ve gone to Katrina probably about a half dozen times or little more I haven’t had one migraine. Parts of my body that I had no idea were so sore and tight are more flexible and I feel so much better and more relaxed now. Will definitely keep this as part of my self care routine monthly or bi weekly!

Katrina is a true healer. Every session is different, dependent on what I'm feeling. She has helped me with stress, joint issues, surgery and radiation recovery, and grief. Katrina gives a great massage and incorporates various energy healing techniques that have greatly improved my quality of life. I am so thankful that she is back in McCall.
