Laura has been engaged in the dance with body and soul since her early days, with meditation, yoga, outdoor pursuits, art, and healthy plant based foods. Starting on the path of massage therapy as a way to help others reconnect with what is important, she studied at Heartwood Institute, CA, and onward thru 20 years of healing arts including Esalen, Deep tissue, Thai, Shiatsu, Trigger point, Myofascial, Intuitive, and Acupressure for both humans and animals.   
Presently she offers a precision blend of custom hand and foot delivered pressures,  with or without oils, using the techniques which best suit your needs. Seeking always the flow into that deeper river where we find our peace, we unroll the bumps from those tissues and look for the why they might have been there in the first place.
