Tammy has had a passion for health and wellness her whole life. From a young age she had honor roll grades & as fun would study wellness until late hours. Living a healthy lifestyle has always been a number one priority besides being a good mom & role model for her 21yr old son.

Tammy has graduated from Calgary College of Holistic Health in 1995, just after her son was born! 6 years later she continued more education & graduated from
Northwestern School of Massage Calgary in 2001.
After graduation Tammy worked at Oasis Wellness Center & Spa until 2004. From 2004 until now she has taken her expertise & has been operating her own mobile massage & holistic business. With 21 years of experience she continues to educate herself with other practices that enhance each other.

Outside of running her mobile massage business Tammy has been to committed to living a healthy lifestyle body - mind - spirit.
On a search for inner wisdom she embarked on a meditation journey twice at the Vippassana retreat center in Merritt BC 2015 & 2016. Meditating in complete silence for 10hrs/day for 10 days. Volunteering her summer to help those less fortunate at Women In Need Society in Calgary 2013. In 2014 after her father passed away she challenged herself by running over 10 races in one year....starting out at 5k to 1/2 a marathon, obstacle races & trail races. This was a hard task due to her injuries & acute pain from by hit by a truck as a pedestrian. 2002 to 2006 Tammy took her athletic abilities & started boxing....although her long lived passion has been weight lifting. Trying and testing out different healthy lifestyles she was also a vegan from 2013 - 2014. In attempts to expand her mind & educate herself about "detachment" Tammy has been living as a minimalist since Jan 2015.

In Tammy's free time beyond "working" she enjoys running several businesses, brain storming ideas, cooking, being a supportive mother, spending time with her significant other, watching documentaries, photography (her other passion), renovations, travel, reading, and any physical activity, especially outdoors! In between all these passions being an advocate against bullying & abuse has been very important.

On a quest to help others physically & emotionally Tammy's thirst for being authentic is seen through action
