Gloria is an absolute pro! She is knowledgeable, compassionate and very skilled in her profession. She listens carefully to hear what type of massage you need -- deep tissue, relaxing, focus on specific area, etc. She's the best!

Gloria can find your "hot spots" and massage them away. I came in last week with a very tight lower back and hip area. She worked those areas with a skillful aplomb. I was back to being nimble on my feet within 48 hours. She will also suggest and demonstrate exercises and stretching moves that focus on the problem that you came in with to help heal the area and prevent recurrences.
