fascinating. My specific massage modalities include Therapeutic

Essential
Healing and Massage, what we do: We are a
wellness oriented clinic, I say "we", because I have
been lucky enough to bring in some other great therapists, A
wonderful and engaging yoga teacher, Liz
Gresher, Cindy Hyzy and Kenal Mehta. I am very selective
on staff. My goal is to help the source of any trouble that a client
is presenting with. This approach may include a combination of
things, and our specialty is combination treatments. In addition, if
we feel that an outside referral will benefit you, , we have a number
of other local health professionals to suggest in our own network
of referrals.
Some of our most popular combinations:
Yoga :Include a 45 minute private Yoga prior to or after your massage. The restorative style that Elizabeth teaches is incredibly empowering to the client as a health tool.
Sauna: Add a 15, 20, 30 or 45 minute Far-infrared Sauna treatment to your massage. We suggest this before a therapeutic , hot stone or lymphatic massage, and AFTER a yoga or Thai bodywork appointment. You will be amazed at the benefits this offers for weight loss, detoxification and overall metabolism.
I enjoy most seeing my clients improve problem conditions, regain health, find tools that help them maintain that health improve their overall mental, emotional and physical well being.
