I’ve been practicing massage since 2005, and have truly enjoyed learning about the human body. I specialize in deep tissue, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and prenatal massage. I take a more therapeutic approach to my work, with an emphasis on having an open dialogue with my clients so they have a better understanding on what is happening in their bodies. I have learned about the body not just through studying, but by being involved in physical activities as well such as rock climbing, yoga, and running. I feel you can learn so much about your body by putting it through different experiences and listening to how it responds. Being active has also taught me the importance of taking care of your body.
