Christa has been a licensed practitioner since 2010, but has been giving massages to friends and family long before she knew massage was in her future. With over 1000 hours in massage training and over 10,000 hours hands-on bodywork, she has developed a unique skill as a bodyworker. 

Over the years, Christa has worked side by side with physical therapist and chiropractors a like. These work environments not only offered a deeper understanding of the body's functional movements, but she was able to see how these treatments benefit the body when utilized together. 
Christa is always seeking new techniques and modalities to grow in her practice. in 2016 she studied Thai massage in Thailand to deepen her knowledge and skill in Thai massage practice. Christa is always looking for ways to expander her knowledge in her field to offer clients a truly customized experience. 
Her goal is your goal; she will work with you to get your body to optimal functioning. If she can't provide the best treatment for you, she will do her best to find you the right practitioner for your needs.
