My name is Milly (Milvette) Betancourt, I am a licensed Massage Therapist and the owner of A little Time For You my goal is to help my clients decrease and eliminate stress, muscle soreness, anxiety, and other negative factors impacting their lives; using Massage Therapy and Energy Work (Reiki). 

 

I am ecstatic to be able to provide this service, as I truly believe Massage Therapy is the remedy needed to improve people’s lives.  I studied Massage Therapy at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington CT.  Since beginning my education there, I have been opened to so many new things that are beneficial to my family and myself.  I wish to share what I have learned with my clients for their highest good and healing.

 

I am currently working on certifications in: Reiki II, Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST), Aromatherapy, and Hot Stone Massage.
