Massage is always a good idea.
I am a 2018 graduate of Cortiva Institute (formerly CT Center for Massage Therapy). I graduated at the top of my section with academic honors and many excellent reviews from clinic clients and staff. Since obtaining my license, I have honed my skills in deep tissue and Swedish massage. I currently offer custom massage sessions that can include hot towels and stress relieving scalp massage. I am also trained in prenatal and couples massage and am Reiki level 2 certified.
