I have had back pain since getting an epidural 11 months ago and this craniosacral session was nothing short of magical. Michelle allowed me space to process things I didn’t even know where stuck in my spine and when I stood up I felt relief for the first time in 11 months. Michelle is truly a miracle worker!! She is extremely knowledgeable. She explains her methodology and thought process regarding her plan of healing. She is always studying and adding new techniques. She stays relevant and up to date. I also really appreciate that she keeps excellent records of our sessions. And, gives great homework including stretches and exercises.
