As a Licensed massage therapist in Westminster, Md., I enjoy working with clients to relieve pain and stress. After graduating from Holistic School of Massage in 2005, I continued to learn different modalities to promote health. I am passionate about the healing actions massage offers the body, mind and spirit. I am certified in Reiki level 2, craniosacral 1, reflexology, aromatherapy and have much experience in Swedish massage, myofascial release and stress and pain relief and chakra balancing. Each massage is unique to the individual needs of each client. Massage is a viable modality to promote health and wellness. My approach is gentle, my heart is compassionate and I love helping people to feel better. Currently I am a senior at Kaplan University working towards a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness.
