I attended Central Maryland School of massage, which allowed me to become a licensed massage therapist.  Then in 2014 I also became certified as a medical massage practitioner.  I am trained in lymphatic drainage, theraputic massage, trigger point therapy, and hot stone massage.  I hold a bachelors degree in psychology.  And I am a certified member of the Associated Bodyworks and Massage professionals.

First visit yesterday and I have already scheduled my next appointment. Lucinda was warm and welcoming. We discussed my areas of concern beforehand. The massage room was inviting and had soft sounds playing. Overall great experience.
