Erika Moore, RMP, is a 2019 graduate of Central Maryland School of Massage in Frederick MD. She has a passion for helping others and has held various positions in the medical field for over a decade. Erika believes deeply in the power of touch and understands it's an essential part of a balanced self care routine. Through listening to the body and thoughtful communication she has a collaborative approach of reaching the specific goals of her clients.


Erika has a knowledge of and passion for many different specialties including Swedish, deep tissue, stretching, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) and Thai techniques. Through different combinations of massage modalities she is able to customize each session to effectively soften tension while maintaining a relaxing, yet effective massage that heals and calms both the body and mind. Erika also believes that massage doesn't have to hurt to be effective. By focusing on each clients sense of comfort and relaxation she can help to achieve deep tissue results without pain or discomfort. 

Erika enjoys focusing on neck, shoulder and back pains related to the postural misalignment that occurs with overuse of computers and cell phones, along with helping clients who suffer from headaches, sciatica, frozen shoulder and carpal tunnel. She also enjoys clients who are new to massage as she feels part of her gift is alleviating any apprehension or anxiety a person may be feeling about massage therapy.
