I have been doing therapeutic massage for over 20 years and absolutely love it. The body is an amazing entity that is made to work together in unison and ease. However, over time, misuse, overuse, repeated movement, stress, injuries and not taking care of ourselves, it begins to talk to us in ways we can't appreciate. Stiffness, soreness, pain, moaning and groaning and we think it comes with age. But, it doesn't have to be that way.
