I'm a dedicated mother, wife, & active minister at my church. I minister to my clients, through my therapeutic touch. I've been doing massage therapy since my certification in 2006. My focus is COMPLETE healing, mind, body, & spirit. My touch ranges from soft to deep tissue, depending on the clients needs. No one body type is the same, so I'm able to tailor my massages to what is needed, & per the clients request. I also believe in educating the client on massage is key to effective bodywork....

Erika is an exceptional massage therapist who handles the business side of things smoothly and efficiently, provides a comfortable and relaxing environment, and tailors her sessions based on client input. It was simple to schedule an appointment, and I was able to provide detailed input in advance using her digital intake form. She read the information I provided carefully and came to the appointment prepared to address my specific needs -- so much more so than would have been possible with a brief conversation at the beginning of the massage. And the massage itself was wonderful! She incorporated several different techniques and targeted my areas of concern -- I was particularly impressed by how she used the hot stones (an upgrade I treated myself to) not merely to place on my back but rather as a tool with which to gently but firmly work on knots and release tense muscles. Fantastic! 10/10 -- will visit again!

I came to Be Well Integrative with bad neck and shoulder pain. I was in town for just two days. I came from West Michigan on my motorcycle. Erika was able to get me in for one session. She did a quick evaluation of my condition, and did some good body work for me. I was able to ride back to my home with considerable less pain, and more functionality than I had in the previous few days. I would suggest her care to anyone suffering muscle and back pain. Thank you, Erica!
