working with athletes to treat acute and chronic pain as well as injury prevention. I’ve had
the privilege to Volunteer at The Boston Marathon along with the B.A.A where we
provided Post-Race Massage care to Elite runners. I look forward to expanding my
education and continue to evolve in my Massage Therapy Career.

Ana's attention to detail in creating a warm and inviting space is incredible. From the lighting, to the decor, to her perfect use of essential oils, the tension begins to release from the moment you step into her room. As for the massage, she listened and adjusted pressure as needed, providing feedback on which trouble spots she encountered (which I appreciated so much!). Like many, I have chronic areas of discomfort and it helps me to know where I can make adjustments in my daily life. Ana's warmth and professionalism are unsurpassed - such an amazing healer!
