Welcome! I am an Ohio Medical Board Licensed Massage Therapist. My specialties include Swedish, Sports, and Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Cupping. I am also a CrossFit Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, and Yoga Teacher. An experienced ultra runner, triathlete, US Army Veteran, and mother of three, I know the strain that both exercise and life can place on a body. I enjoy developing an individual and well-rounded plan for clients so you can continue to stay active and experience the life you desire on your terms.
