I Graduated from New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts in 2013. The program provided their students  with the education to be able to work in a wide variety of locations. While working through my internship for school I found herself working closely with people who were going through life changes of some sort such as Drug recovery, Domestic abuse, Anxiety, PTSD, trauma and grievance. My main goal is for my clients to feel comfortable in their own skin again. To be able to understand and experience the wonderful gift that massage is able to give them, Help them love themselves again. I want my clients to leave relaxed, pain free and of course with a smile on their face.  Some of my favorite modalities are swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point.  I'm very interested in furthering my training as I continue to grow in my new profession; reiki, craniosacral, and might even pursue schooling for becoming a yoga teacher and or drug counselor.
