Absolutely phenomenal trigger point massage on my lower back/hamstrings. When I got done I told him it was the best I’ve ever gotten, and I felt absolutely 200% better today as a result. Alex communicated well, asked the right questions, and set up a game plan. Would recommend to ANYONE who needs a good deep tissue massage!
