Hillary is amazing. She explains things well. Teaches you, she’s patient and very kind. I have chronic back pain, and even after only one visit, my back is noticeably better.

Hillary does an outstanding job. She targeted my problem areas, and worked on them skillfully. I highly recommend Hillary if you are experiencing any physical discomfort.

My trainer recommended Hillary to me to potentially help with an old sports injury. I've only had one session and am already convinced it was the right choice! Hillary is a skilled professional that clearly understands how the body 'works' and applies her knowledge to address the issue. I was amazed at the amount of improvement in my mobility and lack of pain/stiffness after just one session. Looking forward to many more .

Hillary is a skilled expert!

Amazing job worked on all areas that are and were affecting my sciatica, not just the sight of pain. Knows how the body is connected and where she can work to help eliminate pain in another area. Took the time to get to know me and the reasons I was there, versus just going straight in and overworking the muscles. Also took the time to suggest physical activities and stretches that are low impact, which would help strengthen the muscles and help prevent further injury to the area.
