After completing college at SUNY @ Buffalo with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology, I began my career working in the Human Service and Social Work fields. Over time I found that it was becoming more and more challenging and taxing and this began affecting me emotionally. I decided I needed to change directions in my career path. My passion to serve people in the community was still within me and after some research in different areas that had the potential to fulfill this desire I found that massage therapy fit the description. I applied to Trocaire College’s Massage Therapy Program, was accepted into their degree program and began my education in August 2011. The adjustment between being out of school and working for 12 years to starting fresh in my mid-30s was a bit daunting. I persevered and graduated with an AAS Degree in Massage Therapy, past my NYS Massage Therapy Boards, and opened a practice in West Seneca in 2013.This allowed me to continue serving the public. While there are so many positive aspects being a Licensed Massage Therapist, there is one that stands out – clients leave with smiles on their faces that create a smile on mine!

I specialize in a variety of massage therapy techniques including sports massage, medical massage, therapeutic massage, pregnancy massage, Swedish Massage, trigger point therapy, acupressure, and deep tissue massage. I have the pleasure working with an array of clients who experience different ailments such as breast cancer, peripheral neuropathy, intense migraine and tension headaches sports injuries, fibromyalgia, and thoracic outlet syndrome.

Ground and Center Therapeutic Massage is located at 1384 Union Rd. West Seneca, NY 14224 in the office of Dr. Michael Szalach, a very well-known and respected podiatrist, who has been practicing in the area for 25+ years.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, my clients are always put first and their satisfaction and comfort is what is most important to me. My goal is to provide exceptional massage therapy services to relieve physical discomfort and emotional stress in a supportive environment. Treatment plans are client-focused and based on mutual respect between the clients so we can work together and meet personal treatment goals.

It is important to me to give the community the opportunity to experience the highest qualityof treatment and understand that massage is pampering and luxury; it is a necessity and is essential for overall health and wellness. Therapeutic massage has countless benefits that will affect your physical mental and emotional health. I encourage you take time for yourself to assure your health and wellness needs are being met.
