I see bodywork as a process of collaborative discovery.

I take a systems view - looking at patterns of habit, thinking, emotions and overall health; combined with an ability to zero-in on small targeted areas and understand their relationship to the whole. 

My work generally takes a 'listening' approach, allowing the tissue to guide me to appropriate depth as it yields to pressure vs. the other way around.  At the same time, I can also target hard-to-find sources of pain with exacting specificity, and then teach you how to do the same at home.

Education is a passion of mine, and I see it as an essential part of an empowering process that can help all of us to live more freely, happily and making the best use of our resources.  When understanding and change are made possible in our experience, an exponentially greater potential for living is made available to us and the people around us.
