I love using this modality because it makes such a difference in resolving stress and tension for clients who can't or don't know how to relax and gives them a much needed mini vacation of body and mind. I've done a lot of house calls and still have clients from back when I started my career. I have several certificates of continuing education in several modalities such as: Deep Tissue/Neuromuscular, Hot Stone, Clinical Massage, Myofascia Release and Reflexology. These and the desire to help people is what drives me everyday to do the best I can with what I've learned and with my heart full of hope and expectation, helping humans one body at a time.

I worked a couple of years at Massage Envy fresh out of school to gain some experience. Most people like Deep tissue to help with tense or painful muscle tissue. I used this modality at the spa everyday to ease their pain and stress. I learned this technique from a very special teacher of 30 years experience named Angie, she was the best teacher I've ever had. I just wish she was still teaching or practicing!. Working at massage envy gave me the opportunity to practice on all kinds of cases involving for example: Sciatica pain, Frozen shoulders, headaches, lower back pain, upper back and neck pain, and many other conditions which can be helped with massage. I really enjoyed and learned a lot. I'm greatful for the experience I gained at that spa.

In my 7 years of practice, I had the pleasure to work for several chiropractors in the palm beach county area and those were very interesting experiences that involved not only helping patients with their therapy but also learning that many times the issues the patients come in with can be easily resolved with just massage therapy without the need for very expensive treatments. I'm not saying that some patients need those specific treatments due to mayor injuries, but the majority of people could avoid the long process which not need to be so. I believe that the insurance system is being taken advantage of in that the procedures that are used are not even the necessary time for healing to take a shorter period of time. I did like the fact that the patients came in with different problems that gave me the opportunity to learn and help them.
