I graduated from the massage therapy program at Aveda (IBW) in 2019.  I received my first massage there many years ago and it was a life changing experience which has lead me (and hopefully you) to the Zen Zone.  


I love how massage can induce a deeply relaxing mediative state of mind that is zen'd out. I enjoy using hot stones, doing cupping and using essential oils to enhance the whole experience.

Sarah is a really good massage therapist. She knows how to work the areas that may need more attention. She uses many different techniques and tools to provide a well-rounded massage. Definitely one of the better therapists in Milwaukee area. Sarah R.

The experience felt so elevated. So many extra details and enhancements were included. It was just what I needed for my day of relaxation and zen. The smooth stones were so nice. I even tried cupping for the first time and will for sure do it again. Absolutely recommended.

Sarah is amazing! She's great at checking in if there are certain concerns or area of focus I'd like, she includes different kinds of treatment and I always leave feeling super relaxed. Highly recommend!
