If that is all you need today we can spend the entire time helping you get centered and grounded. In a relaxed state we can incorporate other techniques, including Deep Tissue, to help you with a problem area.

The journey to earning the Massage Therapist license started in 2013. Once licensed I split my time working in a spa and a chiropractic clinic. Now that I have launched my private practice I do my best to bring those experiences into your session.
I fell in love with a few spa techniques using aromatherapy and hot towels. The massage table has a warmer and a comfy padding for you to nestle into for your session. Extra pillows and bolsters are available for the days when you need a little more support.
At the clinic I nurtured my passion for learning about the human body through studying the Musculoskeletal System and the Nervous System. The goal was to understand how they influence and affect each other. I can help you with Whiplash, Low Back Pain, Migraines, Rotator Cuff Injuries and Prenatal Massage.
